I have access to various powders, primers, and brass, and had even tried reloading subsonics once for it but due to cycling issues on an AR15 I gave up. This would be a major draw for me if they did cycle and it would help me overlook the hefty prices for this ammo and pistol. Ive purchased a Savage Hog Hunter in 223 with a 20' 1:9 barrel, threaded to use my Tactical innovation TAC16 suppressor.Has anyone tried subsonics in the pistol and had them cycle reliably? Even being a blowback it is still designed to manage and cycle based on full power rounds and could have problems with a suppressor and lower powered rounds producing less force to overcome the springs? ![]() The receiver shown in the video had just had 60 rounds of EBR 5.
